My prints are actual photographs, printed on Kodak Endura Metallic paper, a paper that is exposed with light and then developed in the silver halide process used by professional photo labs. Photographic media is superior to the digital printing process which use inks to print your photograph onto paper.
Metal Frames for my photographs are Nielsen Bainbridge thin metal frame, 8-ply Artcare acid free archival mat (6-ply on mats larger than 16"X20"), 3/16" acid free mounting board and UV protected glazing. The artwork comes ready to hang with eye and wire. Frames larger than 16x20 come with UV coated acrylic rather than glass.
Wood Frame Option uses 8-ply high quality, acid free mats and 2-ply mounting boards. The savings are in less expensive frames and glazing that is not UV coated. Wood frames inlude eye hook and wire hangers.
Aluminum Prints are fused into the metal using a high heat process. Aluminum blocks are added to the back to "float" the photograph off from the wall by about 3/4". A wire hanger is included and the corners are rounded to prevent injury.
Canvas Gallery Wraps are printed directly to heavyweight canvas using archival inks. The canvas is then stretched taut around a 1 ½" thick wooden frame. They include metal hangers and bumpers on back .

Whether you need Senior Portraits, a family picture or an engagment photograph, David Hill Photography has you covered. Specializing in on-location shooting that lets your personality shine through, DHP will work with you to make the experiece an enjoyable and memorable one. From the beach to the forest, and even urban settings, Maine has beautiful settings for every need.
My session with you will last about an hour, to an hour and a half. I will listen to your desires; your input will drive the shoot. Once the shoot is over, I will post the images to a private on-line gallery within a week, and send you a link to access them.
Once you choose your favorites, I will order 4"X5" photographic proofs for you. The first ten are included in your session fee, any additional are available for a small fee.
Once you have made your decisions, I will order the exact number and sizes of prints that you want at very reasonable prices. Your prints are actual photographs on Kodak Endura paper, not inkjet prints. From a special UV coating to protect your photos from sun damage, to the nicely rounded professional corners on your wallet size pictures, these are superior quality prints to what you can find from traditional on-line photo sites. You can also order a CD with high quality digital copies of the images you ordered as proofs.
