Bocadillos de Jamón

Spaniards love their jamón iberico (Iberian ham), which is a cured meat sourced from black pigs fed a diet of acorns, and there is no shortage of places in Madrid to find it. This shop, between Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol is one of many. Again, as with       “Frutas”, the colors attracted me, but the silhouettes created the sense of motion, of it being a living place, rather than a piece of real estate. Oh, and yes, I did have a bocadillo de jamón from the shop.
